What it costs
$2,400 one-time build
+ $85/month
Half and half. Our standard: half at kickoff, half at launch.
Twelve payments. Spread the build over twelve monthly payments of nine percent of the build price. Available on every package.
The monthly fee starts the day your site goes live and is billed automatically.
Every package runs on a 12-month term from launch and renews a year at a time. You can cancel mid-term with 30 days' notice, but the months left in that term are still due. Your domain and your content are yours either way, and if you ever leave, we'll help you move them.
Questions about Presence
Do I have to switch off the tools I already use?
No. We build around what's working: your booking link, your inquiry email, your Instagram, your CRM. Nothing gets ripped out.
Can I update the site myself?
No, and that's on purpose. You send us the copy or the photo, we make the change. Nothing to learn, nothing to break. Presence includes one change a month; the others cover a few.
Who writes the copy?
On Presence, you provide the words and we edit and place them. From Growth up, we write the copy for your core pages around the research. Either way you see it before it goes live.
What does the monthly cover?
On every package: hosting, maintenance, monitoring, the changes you send us, and a plain-English summary every quarter. Presence includes one change a month. Growth adds search monitoring and updates to pages tied to your search goals. Agile adds a strategy meeting every month, ongoing research, and tests. Range is scoped per arm in the quote.
Can I start with Presence and move up later?
Yes. But moving to Growth means restructuring the site around the research, not adding a page, so it's a real piece of work. If you're likely to want search within a year, start on Growth. Moving down happens at your renewal date.
