Need changes later on? You pay by the hour. The first hour is $50 and every hour after that is $75, with a 1-hour minimum.

I can set up a simple visual editor for the parts you'll update most, like a blog or portfolio, so you can post and tweak those yourself without going near the code. Bigger changes, I handle.

Most web shops put you on a subscription, with hosting fees, platform fees, and maintenance retainers that bill every month whether you need anything or not. I work differently. A few reasons your site stays free to run:
Free hosting that stays free
Your site is plain HTML, CSS, and images, which Netlify's free tier serves at no cost. There is no usage meter and no bill waiting at the end of the month.
Nothing to maintain
With no database or server running behind it, there is nothing to patch, renew, or pay for, and nothing that can quietly run up a charge.
The accounts are yours
The GitHub repo and the Netlify project are both in your name, so no middleman sits between you and your own site.
Pay only when you change it
When you want an update, you pay for the hour or two it takes and nothing else. There is never a recurring fee.
